One of the most critical parts of the process is handled by our in-house artwork team. Every uploaded logo is manually redrawn and digitised into a format that our machines can read with precision. This ensures that even the smallest details are stitched exactly as they should be. If there are any limitations with a design, our team works directly with you to adapt it, without compromising on quality.
Once your artwork is finalised, it’s passed to our embroidery production team. These experienced operators take great pride in ensuring that every design is brought to life with flawless execution.
Industry Leading Machinery and Threads
To produce embroidery that’s sharp, vibrant, and built to last, we use Tajima embroidery machines, renowned for their precision, speed, and reliability. These industry leading machines consistently deliver clean finishes and consistent quality across large orders.
For thread, we don’t cut corners. We only use Madeira, a global leader in premium embroidery thread. Madeira threads not only give your designs rich, long-lasting colour but also provide durability that holds up under repeated wear and washing. We've tested other options, but nothing matches Madeira’s clarity, sheen, or resilience. Cheap thread might seem cost-effective, but in reality, it compromises the finish, fades faster, and leads to poor presentation.
To support the thread, we also use premium quality backing. This fabric stabilises the embroidery and ensures the design sits flat and professionally on the garment. Low-grade backing can ruin an otherwise great application, which is why we always opt for the best.
