When ordering customised items, or a mixture of plain and customised items, then our normal dispatch time is approximately 5 working days and 2-4 days of delivery thereafter. Our flat rate delivery cost is £5.95 plus VAT for the mainland of the UK. We are also proud to competitively offer free delivery across mainland UK if you're order value is over £99 exc VAT.
