What is Embroidery?

| Paul Tucker

Embroidery is the process of applying a permanent decoration to a garment using a needle and thread. Best suited for high value apparel such as jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies, hats or thicker garments. Embroidery is very durable, and can produce very vibrant colours and is created using premium organic threads.

Flat Embroidery

Flat embroidery is when a decorative stitch is applied directly to a garment creating a flat design. Flat embroidery can be used for the most intricate designs without distorting the image which makes it the most popular embellishment.

3D Puff Embroidery

3D Puff is a technique where foam is inserted under the top stitch to raise the surface, giving a three-dimensional look to your embroidered designs. This 3D effect is most commonly used on caps.
