How Dye Sublimation Printing Works

The transfer paper is placed onto polyester-based fabric with the design facing down.

Using a heat press, high heat and pressure transfer the ink into the fabric’s fibres.
5, Cool & Peel
Once cooled, the paper is peeled off, leaving a vibrant, permanent print embedded in the material.
