Quality is our Priority

We love to create quality bespoke embroidered and printed applications and have been doing so for years. Each product we produce has a professional high-quality finish due to our cutting-edge technology and our expert team. We are proud to see the joy our embroidery and print creates to our customers.

With any artwork design, it all starts with the quality of the file. We check every uploaded file to ensure the final result comes out sharp and stunning for print and embroidery. If any file uploaded has limitations, we will contact and work with you and advise whether if we can redraw the artwork or enhance it.

The Backing is Everything

When it comes to the quality of our embroidery, we always reassure customers that we won’t cut corners on the quality. We achieve this by using the appropriate backing such as Cutaway and Weblon. Many embroiderer’s use a backing called tearaway as standard which is not correct, this is what leads to puckering that cannot be ironed out after washing. By using Cutaway and Weblon we will achieve a stable embroidered design that can be ironed from the back into its normal shape after washes.

Durability of Embroidery

Loose threads is another bug bearer that many companies in the UK, nothing is more frustrating than having garments delivered that all have an occasional loose thread somewhere in the design. With us you won’t have products delivered that are unfinished like this, our quality control team examines every product that leaves our studio to ensure no loose threads can be found in your design.

We use Madeira threads for their toughness and durability. We have tried and experimented with cheaper thread suppliers, but none come close to the robustness that Madeira threads can hold up to. Our machinery is regularly maintained so we can produce quality applications time after time. Our standard Polyneon 40 Weight Threads can even survive up to 95 celsius in the wash and is suitable for industrial washing too.

Quality of Embroidering Lettering

Achieving legible lettering in embroidery has always been a challenge to most embroiderers. However as embroidery experts, we will always achieve high quality embroidered lettering by using three different weights of thread depending on how tall your lettering is. We have thread so fine that we can achieve lettering down to 4mm tall that can still be read crisp and clearly.

Pantone Matched Threads

We have access to 500 different colours of threads that are Pantone Matched to ensure we can find the perfect colour match to your brand. In addition to this, if you would like to send in a printed artwork, or previous embroidery you’ve had done, we can find the closest match possible. We use a special lighting booth to examine the thread and your sample under neutral light.

Recommendations for an Embroidered Design

Don’t be afraid to use bright colours for designs as this can really make the embroidery look vibrant and stand out. This can be very eye-catching and looks very interesting.

We can also embroider text. This can be from both the texts available as an option in our customisation tool and text elements that are in an uploaded logo. A line of text can look good when placed below a logo.

I think that embroidery looks best when it is positioned on the left chest as this makes uniforms look professional.
